Iasis Hospital is housed in a modern building covering an area of approximately 4,000m² in the centre of Chania.

The second level of the hospital accommodates the imaging laboratories, the first level houses the Catheterisation-Angiography Laboratory, the operating rooms, the delivery rooms, the recovery room, sterilisation and other operating room services, while the ground floor accommodates the outpatient clinics, the Emergency Department (ED), the Diagnostic Department and Patient Secretariats, and the Administration offices. The first, second, third and fourth floors of the building accommodate the hospital wards, the Intensive Care Unit and the Pathological Oncology Unit.

All public areas of Iasis Hospital are air conditioned and suitably decorated to offer a pleasant environment for visitors and patients. Visiting hours and a specific visitors' code are applied in the central building of the hospital, so as to ensure orderly provision of medical and nursing services and the best possible medical and nursing care for the patients.

All hospital rooms have satellite TV, internet access, radio, air conditioner, and a telephone set per bed.
