The Patients' Admission & Discharge Office is responsible for any information about admissions and discharges to and from any department of the Hospital.
In the event of a scheduled admission, the patient comes to the Hospital's Secretariat to receive the Admission Note. The supporting documents required are:
- Identification Card
- Health Booklet
- Social Insurance Registration Number (AMKA)
- An admission order from the relevant insurance carrier (where applicable)
- Hospitalisation card and policy number in the case of private insurance (in this case, the patient must also know and inform the hospital of the hospitalisation class provided for in the policy)
